Health and Wellness Coaching is a collaborative approach to wellbeing.
WHAT COACHING IS:
Coaching is a client-centered, weekly conversation that focuses on the goals and dreams of the client and the striving to achieve those goals. The aspirations of the client are recognized and then broken down into weekly, doable goals. Over time the facets of teamwork and accountability help to make those dreams a reality. Coaching sessions are fun, positive and inspiring; always emphasizing success in a supportive and non-judgemental way.
Topics can include but are not limited to:
- Weight management
- Stress Management
- Overall Wellbeing and Peace
The weekly calls are approximately 30-40 minutes in length.
WHAT COACHING ISN'T:
Coaching is not intended to replace psychotherapy. When a client demonstrates behavior that is indicative of a psychiatric issue, it is the responsibility of the coach to refer them to a mental health professional. Coaching is also not intended to replace a dietician, personal trainer or physician.
Pricing: $50 per session -or-
$250 for a 6-session package
